Manage your privacy choices

We process the data needed to fulfil your order: your name, address, email address and the contents of your order. Visitor statistics are measured without cookies and without a profile; exactly what we record and why is fully explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Some privacy laws, including those of several US states such as California, give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Studio Miron does not sell personal data and does not share your data with advertising partners for targeted advertising on other websites. If you say yes to ad measurement, we send measurement data to Google for that purpose alone, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. There is therefore no sale to opt out of, and without your consent nothing is shared.

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, your personal data is protected first of all by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and anything stored in or read from your browser also falls under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. The starting point there is the opposite of an opt-out model: sharing personal data for targeted advertising requires your prior consent.

The only thing we ask your consent for is ad measurement: only after you say yes in the cookie banner may Google's measurement code load. As long as you choose nothing or say no, nothing loads. If you disagree with how we handle your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the data protection regulator in the United Kingdom. You can also contact the Belgian data protection authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be), since Studio Miron is based in Belgium.
