Manage your privacy choices
As described in our Privacy Policy, we process personal information from your interactions with our store, for example with an order or through the necessary storage in your browser. This page explains what choices you have about that and where to adjust them.

What Data We Use
We process the data needed to fulfil your order: your name, address, email address and the contents of your order. Visitor statistics are measured without cookies and without a profile; exactly what we record and why is fully explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
No Sale of Personal Data
Some privacy laws, including those of several US states such as California, give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Studio Miron does not sell personal data and does not share your data with advertising partners for targeted advertising on other websites. If you say yes to ad measurement, we send measurement data to Google for that purpose alone, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. There is therefore no sale to opt out of, and without your consent nothing is shared.
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, your personal data is protected first of all by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and anything stored in or read from your browser also falls under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. The starting point there is the opposite of an opt-out model: sharing personal data for targeted advertising requires your prior consent.
Your Choice About Ad Measurement
The only thing we ask your consent for is ad measurement: only after you say yes in the cookie banner may Google's measurement code load. As long as you choose nothing or say no, nothing loads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page, or directly here:
Exercising Your Rights
Do you want to know what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, or exercise your other rights under the UK GDPR, for example objection, restriction or portability? Then email hello@studiomiron.com. In the Privacy Policy you can read what rights you have and how we handle such a request.
If you disagree with how we handle your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the data protection regulator in the United Kingdom. You can also contact the Belgian data protection authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be), since Studio Miron is based in Belgium.
