That depends on your choice. The personalised version we print especially for you; by law the right of withdrawal does not apply there, so check your text carefully before you order. If you choose the standard version, you have 30 days to return it. If something is wrong with the print or the delivery, we will of course always make it right.
What paper do you print on?
On sturdy paper that we choose per design, usually 300 g/m². All our paper is FSC-certified. Which types we use is listed in the frequently asked questions.
